Hello Everyone,


WE Rise Yoga is thrilled to welcome you to R.I.S.E. Yoga training February 7th - 9th, 2020.  We look forward to bringing you methods and tools of yoga, meditation, and self-regulation to use in your own practice, to share with others and/or to implement in your professional work.  The training is full and we have a ton of information to share with you, so please take note of the following logistics:

Please print and fill out the attached waiver above and bring it with you on Friday night when you arrive

Saturday February 8th 8:45a – 6p

Sunday February 9th 8:45a -6p


Please bring with you:

A Yoga mat (You may rent one for (2.00 per day)  

Chairs are available

Comfortable Yoga attire you can move around in




Lunch.  There is no fridge.  You will have one hour on Saturday and Sunday for lunch breaks.

On Sunday please remember to bring a blanket and pillow for Yoga Nidra (meditation)



Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time all days (5:45PM Friday the 7th, and 8:45AM Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th).  We have a full house and lots of information to cover.
